Refund/Exchange

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any refunds, exchanges, or returns due to Sanitary readons and Covid. All orders are final sales.

Our system will automatically send you an order confirmation once your purchase is finalised. Then a shipping confirmation containing customer's tracking information will be sent to  the registered email address once the goods have been shipped out.

If you change your mind after placing an order please let us know with 24 hours, no cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours.

 

If your product was delivered damaged or defective please inform us and provide relative evidence as soon as possible.

Monday-Saturday 9am-4pm.
